Community Garden

Open Door Policy:  If the door isn't open, just make a new door.

Who needs the actual carrots when the greens are so tasty?

Yes, we have picked many for our own consumption, but in case you've forgotten, this is what the carrot greens used to look like:

You don't even need to wait until the tomatoes are ripe to eat them!

And if you enjoy it here that much, just move right in.  There's a lovely burrow under the zucchini hill.

Such fun pictures demonstrating the frustrations of home gardening! I appreciate your sense of humor about the whole critter infestations situation. Thanks for doing your part to help the poor hungry wildlife in New Jersey.

I really can't complain as we've had tons of produce to eat and store. If the bunnies and chipmunks weren't so dang cute, I might be a little mad, but as it is, there really has been plenty to share this year.

I wish I had a garden like yours so visitors could move in!!

Is that hole in your fence the work of your rabbit friend? That is one determined little bunny.

We enjoyed the veggies you brought over...yummy!

You are an inspiration! I doubt, however, my garden would ever survive...we have 15-20 bunnies in our yard every evening!

Lori,
It seems your garden gets attacked alot more than mine. I guess flowers aren't as tempting as vegtables.
