We started "Neil Stone Updates" in January 2009 as a way to let friends and family know how Neil was faring following a car accident. Neil sustained a truamatic brain injury due to severe head trauma. In the days, weeks, and months that followed, the support we received from readers of this blog comforted and lifted us through the trials and difficulties of his healing. In January 2010 we felt it was time to make a change in the blog, and "Stone Soup" was born. Now, along with updates on Neil's progress, we've included family photos and activities. It's time to get on with life! Thanks for being a part of it!
It's just too late tonight, and I'm just too tired to write, but here's an awesome picture to enjoy. We had a good day today. We'll have another one tomorrow, I'm sure.
Love all the colors and what a great picture of Neil. :) So happy to see him looking so great and to see his big Neil smile! His progress is so amazing and such a blessing. You have ALL worked so hard! It is going to be so heartwarming as well as so much fun to have him home and to spend time "working" and playing with him! I am sure Eric will get a kick out of having so much time with his brother as well. Thanks again for sharing as you do with all of us! Lots of love to you all.
Yeah!!!! Neil, you look terrific, and the tie-dye goes swell with the paper cranes. I love Jemima too. I'd like to commission that gal to paint a picture of Millie. That paining is outstanding! Neil, you have come so far!!!! It's truly a miracle. Love, The Roberg's
